The location here is really peaceful and convenient, which is great. 🌿 Plus, having a shuttle to take you to and from the airport is a major bonus. The rooms are nicely furnished with everything you need, like 

The hotel room was modern and very clean, equipped with a patio, iron, and a bathtub. The staff were extremely friendly and assisted with our luggage. They arranged a shuttle for us from the airport.

The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location, by the airport. Pleasant staff plus the breakfast was absolutely fantastic.

I really enjoyed my recent vacation stay here in a newly renovated double room with a cozy bed.

Centrally located, with easy access to attractions and dining options. No noise from nearby airport. Decent breakfast buffet with room for improvement. Personalized and attentive service, even finding and holding onto a lost teddy bear for several 

the size of the room was nice,the staff was hopefull.

the mold in the shower base was bad,and the caulk around the toilet bass needed cleaned.

my summer stay at the crowne plaza in Indianapolis was fantastic. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport, and the round-the-clock shuttle service was a great convenience. The check-in process was smooth, and the 

The staff was friendly and helpful; the airport shuttle was right on time, and the park-and-fly rate cannot be beat.

My room was a little too warm and the A/C never really fully cooled it. I'm sure this issue will be addressed, though.

Clean and large rooms. Friendly reception staff who went out of their way to help us. Courtesy van leaves for airport every half hour.

We were there throughout Indy cars plus a few extra days either side (5 nights) so prices of hotel was ramped up x4 for the nights of Indy, which was a little over the top - so value for money was nil. The restaurant was very bland and boring meals. The buffet breakfast was adequate I didn't eat the hot food though fresh fruit and yoghurt. The room was nice, roomy & clean but unfortunately we could hear the neighbours and the planes were quite noisy as well. Then there were trucks that would stop outside and leave their trailers across the road early morning (on one side of the hotel). Our Air con unit was very loud and rattled. Randomly the toilet seat was very high, would be no good for short people! the pool was in the foyer and it was an overpowering smell, which you got used to. The gym was quite small with limited options. I think being the time we were there they were busy which was reflected on serve staff. I had to wait ages to get a drink as there was a group that were clearly "well known" being served on demand, so I ended up giving up. We had two dinners at the hotel, but didn't go back as we hit both times rude staff (well not friendly), which is a shame as we got this no where else on our entire trip. Its on the other side of the airport (the old airport side) so a good 5-10 minute ride to the airport. We would walk down the road to the main road (25 min walk) to get a public bus into town ($1.75) as we were on a bit of budget. but you can get courtesy van (plus tip) to the airport and get bus from there as well. this way we got exercise. We got there after 5.30pm and our room wasn't ready - BUT they settled us in the bar with a free drink and gave us breakfast vouchers, and apologised profusely! Nice touch of a Indy pack to welcome us and also some ear plugs and calming sleep sprays and lotions.

Really enjoyable stay, as always. Incredibly beautiful and quiet hotel in the best possible position on the outskirts of Indy. Super friendly staff with a smile. Location right by a runway, airport and freeway and a restaurant.  

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. Our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and a short drive 

The bar staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel. For sports fans they had many different games going on several tv's. The bed was very comfortable and the room 

The food was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful!! Loved the in room Temple Spa products!

More in room coffee ;). In room fridge for beverage and meds would be great!! OOPs , we needed to call for towels that were taken by housekeeping,and not replaced.
